ICUSI ’26 is a hybrid event and paper presentation is mandatory, either in person or virtual. Each paper must be associated with a distinct registration fee.

Full registration fee 125 EUR or 650 RON

Includes: attendance at all program sessions, proceedings volume, coffee breaks, conference dinner

Reduced registration fee 95 EUR or 500 RON

Available for authors with papers in ICUSI/RoCHI venues in the past 3 years

Student registration fee 75 EUR or 400 RON

Includes: attendance at all program sessions, proceedings volume, coffee breaks, conference dinner

Virtual participation fee 50 EUR or 265 RON

Includes: virtual presentation of the paper

Additional conference dinner ticket (October 15) 45 EUR or 240 RON

Additional printed proceedings volume 30 EUR or 160 RON

Each paper must be associated with a distinct registration fee. If you are registering multiple papers, please multiply the corresponding fee that applies to you (see categories above) by the number of registered papers, and mention “ICUSI 2026 YourName/PaperID1 PaperID2 …” as payment details.

Invoices will be sent by e-mail. For issuing the invoice to institutions in Romania, the exact name, CUI, and IBAN of your institution are required (you should mention this information on the registration from). No refunds are possible.
