ICUSI conferences accept papers written in English language and according to the types and formats mentioned below.
Papers evaluation is performed through a double-blind review so please remove all information about authors and affiliation when submitting your work.
1. Extended papers
USI contribution types: artifacts or techniques, theory of USI, methodology, empirical studies, surveys.
Format: 6 or 8 pages long (approx. 3700 to 5000 words).
2. Short papers
USI contribution types: artifacts or techniques, empirical studies, argument, applications, and workshop proposals.
Format: 4 pages long, approx. 2600 words.
3. Demonstrations
Format: 2 pages long (1300 words)

Paper format
All the papers will be edited according to the ACM-CHI format, adapted for A4 paper size, that can be downloaded from the link bellow. All submissions should be written in English.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
